These terms apply to products and services offered by Maree Industries through jaydenmaree.com, including custom-labelled bottled water, label design, and related delivery services in Cape Town, South Africa.

Orders and payment

Production begins after label artwork approval and full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing for subscription or custom arrangements.

Label design services

Design tiers include Minimalist (R200), Intermediate (R400), and Advanced (R1 500). Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work starts.

Branded water products

Typical starter orders begin at 24 bottles. Label content must belong to the customer or be used with permission.

Subscriptions

Fixed-term delivery subscriptions may require a deposit and follow the billing schedule agreed at signup. Cancellation terms for subscription plans are provided separately before activation.

Refunds

Because products are custom-made, refunds are handled case by case once production status is known. Contact us through the website form if you need help with an order issue.
